Robyn Lynn Popkes Currier, 46, of Richland died Thursday, August 10, 2000 at Kadlec Medical Center. She was born May 11, 1954 in Richland and had lived in Richland all of her life.

She graduated from Richland's Columbia High School with the Class of 1972. She then graduated from Washington State University with a degree in biology and worked as an environmental scientist for DynCorp.

Robyn married Lee Currier, who was the love of her life, on February 28, 1998.

She was a member of Central United Protestant Church. Robyn enjoyed golfing, swimming and traveling. She loved going to watch her sons play sports.

Robyn is survived by her husband, Lee Currier; her sons: Jason Coyne, Daniel Coyne and Jared Coyne; her stepson, Ryan Currier; her mother, Dorothy Votendahl; her step-father, Bob Votendal; her sister, Judith "Judy" Popkes Burnett ('65); her nieces, Dawn Pickett and Lisa Zepeda; and her nephew, Michael Burnett.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Popkes, who passed away on October 7, 1973.

Funeral services were held at 10am on Saturday, August 12, 2000 at Einan's Funeral Home. Interment followed in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Her step-father, Robert Clifton "Bob" Votendahl, passed away December 20, 2006.

Her mother, Dorothy Caroline Popkes Votendahl, passed away on August 15, 2007.
